Culture & Heritage Officer Appointed

Katharine Paisley has been appointed Culture & Heritage Officer for DPCE, and took up the role in November 2025.

Katharine has a wealth of experience in project management, facilitation, and arts administration. For the last 5 years, Katharine has been working in community engagement roles in the arts sector delivering award-winning outreach programmes, community projects, workshops and events for diverse audiences throughout Belfast, Tyrone and Armagh.

She holds BA (Hons) in Fine Art and is a practising artist outside of her employment with DPCE. Katharine is about to get married to her fiance Sam, they live in East Antrim with their dog Cleo.

Katharine is excited to be working with communities in and surrounding Donegall Pass on a range of culture & heritage projects that celebrate place and help develop skills and relationships.
