Lisa has worked in the voluntary and community sector for over 20 years and is an experienced practitioner and manager having led both teams and departments. She thrives on development and has successfully introduced new initiatives at both a local and Trust wide level.
Neil is an experienced property development professional, He has delivered two major hotels and over 150,000sq ft of Grade A Office Accommodation to the City of Belfast as well as supported the redevelopment of The Gasworks Estate. He is now a self-employed Business Consultant.
Cyril has had a career spanning over 30 years with experience in Community Development, Business Planning and Politics. The skills he has acquired over this period positions him well to guide the company in delivering on its vision of developing a prosperous Donegall Pass for all.
Dr Ken Sterrett was a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Urban Planning & Design at Queen’s University for over 20 years. During this time he developed an ongoing working relationship with the Donegall Pass community. Ken is an ‘expert advisor’ to the Ministerial Advisory Group on Architecture & the Built Environment.
Claire has more than 20 years’ experience in community and educational development work gained locally and globally. Claire is the current Director of Community Engagement, Education & Skills at Business in the Community Northern Ireland.
Brian Armstrong is a resident of Donegall Pass. Brian has been involved in Youth and Community Development work across South Belfast in both a paid and voluntary capacity for 15 years. He is currently working as a Restorative Practitioner with South Belfast Alternatives.
Craig is a qualified Quantity Surveyor. He brings over 25 years experience in a range of fields within this sector to the Board. He is originally from Belfast and is passionate about local development and the environment.
Gerry was employed by BT Ireland for 38 years before early retirement. Post retirement Gerry fulfilled various community development roles including oversight of a £3m cross community initiative. He volunteers within the GAA and is a qualified counsellor and experienced tour guide.
Jonny Scott Taylor is the co owner of the local catering business, Flour Power, situated on the Pass. He brings a wealth of business acumen and entrepreneurial experience to the Board.
Ron was born in Donegall Pass and enjoys researching local history. He is a founding member of Donegall Pass Social History Group and is a qualified tour guide. Ron has a keen interest in community development in Donegall Pass.
Anne was born in Rainey St in Donegall Pass where she lived most of her life. Anne currently works as the Tenant Engagement Officer for Choice Housing Association, she has a keen passion for community development and has worked in a voluntary capacity for over 30 years in Donegall Pass.
